The men's merino long johns are comfortable, breathable and suitable for a variety of weather conditions. Wear them on a run, under pants, for winter activities and on cooler days in summer. They are made from a thin merino knit that feels soft against the skin. Choose the right top from the Mikko merino silk shirt.

Merino wool is naturally stretchy, and will settle back to its original shape after use. The wool fibre has insulating air pockets that give the merino wool an excellent thermal ratio. Please choose your normal size, as the thermal properties of the product work best when it fits loosely to the body.

The properties of merino wool silk are to balance heat, wick moisture away from the skin and not to sweat. The knit is made by Tam Silk in Kangasala. Mulesing-free merino wool yarn is purchased from Europe.

Wash & Care

• Merino wool silk knit is washable, so products made from it do not need to be washed before use.
• Machine wash at 30 °C with the wool programme, turned inside out, with clothes of the same color. The use of a washing bag is recommended.
• Use a mild neutral detergent for wool and silk.
• Shape when damp, gently along the length of the garment.
• Do not use a tumble dryer.
• Air frequently and wash infrequently.
